Shipping Policy

Espace Collective ships artwork editions and related art products throughout Canada and the continental United States.

Free Standard Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is included on all orders delivered within Canada and the continental United States, with no minimum purchase required. Shipping to additional destinations is not available at this time.

Production and Order Preparation

Most artwork editions are made to order. Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for production, quality checks, careful packaging, and preparation before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on the selected size, material, framing option, and current production volume. We will contact you by email if a significant delay affects your order.

Delivery and Tracking

Production time is separate from transit time. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Transit times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier conditions, weather, seasonal demand, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Espace Collective is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues and Damaged Orders

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist with the next steps. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photographs of the complete artwork and affected area, the exterior and interior packaging, and the shipping label. Please retain the artwork and all original packaging until we have reviewed the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
