Espace Collective ships artwork editions and related art products to customers in Canada and the United States.
Order Processing
Most artwork editions are produced or prepared after an order is placed. Please allow time for production, quality checks, packaging, and shipment preparation before your order is dispatched.
Estimated processing time: 3–7 business days.
During busy periods, production or fulfillment may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your order.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, shipping method, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Espace Collective is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside Canada, duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@espacecollective.com with your order number and photos of any visible damage, if applicable.
