SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We offer complimentary standard shipping throughout Canada and the continental United States. Shipping to additional destinations is not available at this time.

PRODUCTION TIME

Each artwork is made to order after your purchase is placed. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 weeks, depending on the selected size, material, and framing option.

TRACKING & PACKAGING

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Each artwork is carefully packaged to protect the surface, corners, and edges during transit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

RETURNS

Return requests for eligible standard items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition and complete original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom sizes, personalized orders, commissioned works, and specially requested framing or finishing options are final sale.

Fine art paper offers a refined matte surface for detailed reproduction, while canvas editions provide a more substantial presence. Stretched canvas options are professionally mounted and arrive ready to display.

SECURE PACKAGING
Each order is packed according to its format and size. Paper editions may be shipped rolled in protective tubes or flat in reinforced packaging, while canvas works are protected with corner support, cushioning, and sturdy outer boxes.

Before dispatch, each piece is reviewed for print quality, surface condition, and finishing details.
