OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION
Every artwork from Espace Collective is accompanied by a physical Certificate of Authenticity (COA). This document serves as the official record of your acquisition and supports the provenance of the work.

ARTIST SIGNATURE
Each certificate includes the artist’s original signature, helping verify that the edition is connected to the original artwork and prepared according to our quality standards.

EDITION & REGISTRY
The certificate includes the title of the piece, the selected medium, and its edition or registration details for your private records.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We offer complimentary standard shipping throughout Canada and the continental United States. Shipping to additional destinations is not available at this time.

PRODUCTION TIME

Each artwork is made to order after your purchase is placed. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 weeks, depending on the selected size, material, and framing option.

TRACKING & PACKAGING

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Each artwork is carefully packaged to protect the surface, corners, and edges during transit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

RETURNS

Eligible standard-format editions may be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Custom sizes, personalized orders, gift cards, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

PREMIUM MATERIALS
Each artwork is produced using archival-quality printing on carefully selected fine art paper or canvas. These surfaces are chosen for their texture, tonal depth, and ability to preserve the character of the original work.

PAPER & CANVAS OPTIONS
Fine art paper offers a refined matte surface for detailed reproduction, while canvas editions provide a more substantial presence. Stretched canvas options are professionally mounted and arrive ready to display.

SECURE PACKAGING
Each order is packed according to its format and size. Paper editions may be shipped rolled in protective tubes or flat in reinforced packaging, while canvas works are protected with corner support, cushioning, and sturdy outer boxes.

QUALITY CHECK
Before dispatch, each piece is reviewed for print quality, surface condition, and finishing details.
